Below you have a list of things to do before you hit the sunbed and attend your summer vacancy.
Handling invoices
If you handle invoices and plan to be away for more than two weeks it is a good idea to have someone else take care of them. Contact invoice@eecs.kth.se and they will help you to activate a colleague in Fakturahantering (Agresso). Do not forget to empty your inbox before you leave for the summer to avoid late payments!
Encode your extension during the vacation
To give students, colleagues and the public the very best service, we ask you to please encode your extensions when you're not able to take your calls. How to refer your extension before you go on holiday
Cleaning of fridges and freezers
Mark the food that is yours, if you want to keep it – Old food will be thrown out!
