Changes in IT support at EECS
As of the 17th of October, the following applies to the school's local IT support.
Local IT support
The EECS school will have four technicians on-site at the school premises.
- Electrum: Simon Persson and Richard Degerman
- Borggården: Mattias Jonsson
- Q: Peter Lönn
When you need IT support
When you need IT support, always email it-support@kth.se or call 08-790 6600 first. If they can’t handle the problem, they will escalate the ticket to the right competence.
After doing so you can also visit your nearest technician. Please bring your ticket number that you should have received via email.
IT coordinator
Mikael Kullström replaces Joakim Hydén as IT coordinator for EECS school. Mikael will work 50% each for EECS and CBH. He is responsible for collecting, formulating and coordinating the IT needs for EECS. He is also our liaison officer towards ITA, meaning that he is responsible for the IT projects of EECS being allocated the accurate competence.
