Access for all employees to all common areas at EECS

From now on, all employees at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) have access to all of the departments' common areas.

This means card access to meeting rooms, lunch rooms and teaching premises during office hours (07:00 to 18:00) with exception for labs and workshops, where access will be given in agreement with the person responsible for each facility.
