Service center opening hours during the summer
IT purchases routines during July
During the summer weeks, there will be a limited amount of working staff within the professional support. This means that routines for IT purchases and the opening hours for our Service centers will be different compared to the rest of the year.
Opening hours for the Service centers
During summer weeks 26 to 32 (25th of June to 10th of August) the school's service centers will have limited opening hours. The receptions will be open on Mondays and Wednesdays between 10:00 to 12:00. The unit of infrastructure and service will be available in the back office as usual.
IT purchases
During July 2018, the IT department at EECS will not have any personnel on-site to handle IT purchase. Keep in mind that computer orders usually take approx. 15 working days from order to delivery.
