Update - new institutions and appointment of prefekter
The head of school's proposal for instituitions has been submitted to the President for decision and the opportunity to register interest in the role as prefekt has expired. The reorganization enters a new phase.
The school management has today received proposals from all current departments. A number of nominations in addition to these have also been received directly by the head of school since the roles as prefekt were advertised on the intranet.
Now a period awaits when the head of school will conduct some random sampling at some departments to hear from the faculty how they view the management assignment for the upcoming institution.
In cases where there are more nominations for the role of head of prefekt, as well as in cases where there are nominees where the head of school does not know whether the person has been asked and has accepted, contact will be made.
The head of school will then discuss her proposal for prefekts with the president. A decision will be made no later than November 15. The head of school will then have a dialogue with the appointed prefekt about who he or she wants to see as deputy head of department.
