Professional support staffing during Christmas

During the Christmas holidays 23 December to 7 January, the professional support at EECS and KTH will have limited staffing and opening hours.

Week 52 (23-27 December)

Closed during the whole period. On-call coverage of service@eecs.kth.se and registrator@eecs.kth.se.

Week 1

30 December-1 January: Closed

2-3 January: Staff of the main campus and Electrum. Limited service and responses may be somewhat delayed.

Receptions during this week:

  • Electrum: 10:00-12:00, 2-3 January
  • Q: Closed
  • Borggården: 2 January, 08:00-16:00. 3 Janaury, 08:00-14:00.
  • The service centers can also be reached at service@eecs.kth.se.

Week 2

Monday 6 January: Closed

Other units (EECS)

The other administrative units will be manned (not between 23 december and 1 January) but might have longer response times. They may be reached through:

Personal ledger (reskontra) and invoice support may be reached through invoice@eecs.kth.se and is manned 23 December and 27 December 10:00-15:00.

The educational administration will be open from 2 January. They are reached through:

KTH administration

KTH adminitrative units, for example the SRF office that handles the post and card office, also has limited staffing during the holidays.
