Program for Mathematics
The aim of the Program for Mathematics is for Sweden to reclaim its leading position internationally by offering the best young researchers global experience, and recruiting young as well as more experienced mathematicians to Sweden. In addition, there is considerable demand for mathematicians with PhDs in the academic as well as the commercial and industrial fields. The Foundation will support prominent researchers in mathematics during 2014–2030. The funding amounts to a total of SEK 650 million.
This program consists of several parts:

Nomination of international guest researchers (guest professor) (support letter from President required)

Postdoctoral Scholarship Program in Mathematics for outgoing researchers with a Swedish doctoral degree (no support letter required)

Postdoctoral Scholarship Program in Mathematics for researchers from outside Sweden (support letter from President required)
Please note that if you need a support letter from the President, you must contact the Research Support Office no later than 20 September 2024. Completed letter of support must be at the RSO's disposal by September 24, 2024 at the latest in order to obtain our President's signature.
Application period: 1 September 2024 until 5 October 2024. The call is open every year.
