View a room calendar on the web
This is only for room booked in the e-mail system
You can view bookings for a room directly in the webmail or import it to your favourite calendar application.
Open a web browser and type the link to the room calendar. The link should look as this: http://webmail.kth.se/owa/calendar/"roomname_in_the_system"@ug.kth.se/Calendar/calendar.html
Where " roomname_in_the_system" is the specific name the room is called in the mailsystem (type it without the surrounding" ").
Example: For the room Konstantinbågen in KTH Entré the link will be: webmail.kth.se/owa/calendar/uf_kth_entre_ita_konstantinbagen@ug.kth.se/Calendar/calendar.html
You can also get the calendar as an ics file to import in some appropriate application. The link is the same but change the ending .html to .ics
Example: For the room Konstantinbågen in KTH Entré the link will be: webmail.kth.se/owa/calendar/uf_kth_entre_ita_konstantinbagen@ug.kth.se/Calendar/calendar.ics
