IT Workplace
IT Workplace is KTH's service for a computer workstation with Windows, Mac or Ubuntu as needed.
It gives easy access to program distribution, support and KTH services like e-mail, KTH-Print and file servers.
Using these is partly different compared to a self administered computer.

KTH Mac
KTH Mac is availabel for both portables and desktops, such as in computer labs and personal computers. Easy access to KTH licensed applications, prints and backup access.

KTH Ubuntu
KTH Ubuntu is the centrally managed Linux platform. The desktop variant is used in computer labs, as personal workstations and resource computers. The server variant is used for timeshare machines (shell servers, computing machines) and for project servers.

KTH Windows is the centrally managed Windows platform. The desktop variant is used in computer rooms, such as personal workstations and resource computers. The server variant is used in many KTH-specific server services and for project servers.
