General about views
Information about your own views or your group views.
A view is a saved search that is presented in list form or graphically. You can create different views to present different things and simplify daily work by sorting and presenting tickets in a good way.
A view can be saved as personal, or for a department or school.
Everyone can create personal views, but if you want to save a view for a department or school, you need to be a view administrator for your school or department. All schools or departments have one or more view administrators who can help create the views.
