Information about telephony services at KTH.
Description
KTH offers mobile connections (MEX).
The subscription includes: Referral function (via voice, web, app, buttons), operator support, telephone conference system InConference. Voicemail and/or answering machine can be added.
KTH also has standard stand-alone mobile subscriptions and extra cards/mobile broadband.
KTH has an operator agreement with Tele2 Business AB.
If there is a need for function numbers, KTH has a call center system called MiCC Enterprise (Solidus).
Scope
After agreement on the start and end date, no notice period.
