Send Fax with KTH-Print

Quick reference guide on how to send fax using KTH-Print.

Sending fax is not available on all printers. Contact your school to find out which printers have fax.

Send fax

  1. Log in to the KTH-Print printer with your KTH Access card or manually with username and password.
  2. If you need to scan several pages at once, use the top input tray. If you only need to scan one page, lift the lid of the printer and place the page to be scanned on the glass, with the page to be copied facing down, and the corner of the document aligned with the top left corner of the glass. Close the lid.
  3. Press Scan/Fax on the printer. On some printer models, the option is available under the Menu-button.
  4. Enter a fax number, select [Direktinmatning], tap [Fax], then enter a fax number and tap [OK].
  5. By tapping [Jobbhistorki] you will be presented with a list of the five (5) last numbers used which you can use again.
  6. Configure the Fax settings if necessary.
  7.  Press the Start key.
  8. Sending starts.
