We are many who are there for the doctoral student at the ITM school. The manager is responsible for your work environment. Supervisors are responsible for you being able to carry out your studies and here you see which others will help you with different parts.

HR Team
The Human Resources team at the school works with strategic HR-issues and administrate all employment matters, promotion matters, health and safety issues, equality issues, scholarship issues, review travel bills, register reimbursements and expenses and other HR administration. ITM Service Center

The PhD Chapter at KTH
The PhD Chapter is a network for postgraduate students at KTH. The section is a space for personal and professional development, and informs about students' rights and monitors the quality of education.
- ITM's student council: The union works to promote effective and better education for doctoral students at the ITM school. You can reach them via itm-council@dr.kth.se .
- PADs (Student Representatives for the Doctoral Programmes): Part of the ITM PhD Student Council, and represents the students in each programme at the ITM School. If you need support and advice in your doctoral education, you can turn to the programme's PAD.
The library's support for doctoral students
As a doctoral student at KTH you can get all through your doctoral education and work life. They support you in the publishing process, with data management and analysis (bibliometrics and altmetrics).
Student health
As a doctoral student at KTH, you are welcome to contact Stockholm Student Health Services if you have health related issues. You can get individual support or join the workshops that are available.
