Service

In terms of service and support, most of the information can be found at the Service Center pages of ITM . There you can read about how to send mail and parcels, find the best conference room, get access to the changing rooms and much more.

Campus Södertälje

If you need to book a room / classroom, please contact service-stlje@kth.se .
Office supplies can be picked up in the copy room on the 2nd floor. There is also smaller storage on floors 3 and 4. Jeanette Löfgren is the responsible customer for new materials.
Dining room: The restaurant is run by Eurest and shared with AstraZeneca. Restaurant Snäckviken . There is also a cafeteria on the entrance level which has light lunch and coffee.
Catering: Please order catering through the form here: Order catering (Swe) . Please note that we need your order at least three days in advance.
KTH does not have its own parking space. Staff are referred to the parking garage on Karlhovsbacken floor 2.
Access cards for KTH Södertälje are available at the reception. With the card, you as an employee have access to the premises around the clock, every day of the year. At certain times, you also need a four-digit code for your access card to access the premises. The card is valid for the entire ITM school except at the School's Office at KTH Stockholm.
