SINK - Tax for foreign residents

Anyone residing abroad, who will be reimbursed for work, travel expenses, hotel costs, etc., must apply for SINK (Tax for Foreign Residents) at the Swedish Tax Agency before we can compensate them for their expenses. It is always the Tax Agency who decides which tax level the person has to pay.
It will take at least two months of processing before the "foreign resident" receives his or her reimbursement.

The documents required for payment are:

• The form "Payment of Fee / Hourly Salary" (” Utbetalning av arvode/timlön ” in Swedish)
• The form " Betalningsuppgifter - Payment details "
• Receipts in original
• Excerpt from OANDA if the receipts are in foreign currency
• Copy of Passport
