SCI PhD Event: JML Workshop by Anna Danielsson

The PhD Student Council recently hosted a Gender Equality & Diversity Workshop on 3 November, featuring Dr. Anna Danielsson from Stockholm University. Dr. Danielsson, whose research focuses on gender, power, and identity in science education, led an engaging and interactive session exploring how these themes shape academic and research environments🌈.

Unlike a traditional lecture, the workshop encouraged active participation, discussion, and reflection among attendees. Participants explored challenges and strategies related to promoting inclusive practices within academia.

Fika was provided throughout the event, giving PhD students a chance to network and continue discussions in a relaxed setting!
