E-learning – support during Christmas/New Year

From 21 December to 10 January (2022), the operational support for E-learning will have limited service, and longer response times than usual.

Drop-in support over Zoom

The last drop-in of the year will be given on 14 December at 15:15-17:00.

Personal coaching

During Christmas/New Year, the opportunity for personal coaching on e-learning is limited. However, if you need help, you can contact us at  and we will do our best to help.

IT Support

You can send technical questions concerning IT systems, Zoom, Canvas, Möbius etc. within E-learning's offer as usual to . IT-Support is open between 08:00-16:30 the whole Christmas/New Year by phone and email (but with longer response times).

You can always visit our website and the pages under "Canvas - guides and recommendations"  where you will find information about Canvas and the available features. In the self-study course Canvas@KTH , you can learn more and also try the functions.
