Description

Based on the schedule for the application for courses within programme (AKP), the Admissions Office prints a list from Ladok of all of the KTH students whose approved leave from studies is about to expire, and then uploads and save it to the AKP-folder on P:/.

Administrator at relevant school makes a note in the list which students should be included by marking them with a yes or no.

These students are then manually placed into the population of applicants in NyA by the Admissions Office.
