Description

Programme students

Decision on approved leave from studies of a programme is to be documented in Ladok. The actual registration in Ladok does not constitute a decision in the matter, but is solely an administrative measure. As a basis for documentation in Ladok, a record must therefore be kept and the case-number noted in Ladok.

The approved leave from studies of a programme will now appear in ladok for students.

Bear in mind that sensitive data should not appear in the system’s note field.

Student of a free standing course

Decision on approved leave from studies of a free standing course is to be documented in Ladok as interruption of the course. As a basis for documentation in Ladok, a record must therefore be kept and the case-number noted as a note in Ladok. There is standard wording for notes in “Lathund för studieavbrott på kurs”

Bear in mind that sensitive data should not appear in the system’s note field.
