Centre for Building Efficiency (CBE) moves to Civil and Architectural Engineering

Published Dec 20, 2021

Head of School has decided to move the current organisational unit Centre for Building Efficiency (CBE) to the Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering. This move means that the current organisational unit (AIH) will be closed down and the new organisational unit for center formation will be called AFQ.

Professor Johan Silfwerbrand at the Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering was appointed new Centre Director for the Centre for Building Efficiency (CBE) from 1 September 2021. The Heads of Departments have recommended that an organisational move of the centre formation from the Department of Real Estate and Construction Management to the Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering should be implemented.
