Positions of trust to be filled in 2026
In 2026, a number of positions of trust at the ABE School expire. For some, new people must be elected, while other positions can be extended. Here you can see all positions that expire, including relevant dates, what the process looks like, and who makes the decision. This page will be updated with information about how the various processes progress.
For the ABE School to continue working successfully, it is necessary that researchers and teachers, in addition to those roles, also take responsibility for operations in the form of various positions of trust. Taking on greater responsibility also means the opportunity for greater influence and being able to help shape the whole with one's commitment and competence. A position of trust is also a valuable experience that you can benefit from in your continued career.
At KTH, a review of the employment regulations' assessment criteria is underway, which includes so-called academic citizenship – including the ability to exercise gender-equal leadership and the ability to work with the surrounding society. These abilities can be strengthened and demonstrated through positions of trust within the school.
