Deadline: KAW Project grants 2019
The Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation (KAW) endorses projects with high scientific potential. Projects must primarily focus on basic research with attention provided to coherent scientific issues. High-priority projects include new research areas as well as interdisciplinary research where the Swedish researcher maintains an influential international roll
Time: Wed 2018-09-19
A novelty for 2019 is that a project group, consisting of two to five researchers, collaborating on cohesive scientific issues will be created. Projects where it is obvious that the reserchers' complementary skills make it possible to address/focus on hypotheses and questions that individual researchers would otherwise have difficulty in undertaking themselves will be prioritized.
In accordance to KAW guidelines, KTH will initiate a first selection of applications. A pre-proposal must be submitted to the Research Office by September 19, 2018.
