Undue Influence
Work at KTH should be characterised by a safe and secure working environment. Unfortunately, situations may arise where staff are subjected to attempts at undue influence, for example, in connection with research, teaching, or the exercise of official authority. If you are affected, support and assistance are available.
What Counts as Undue Influence?
Undue influence refers to attempts to improperly or unlawfully influence someone. This can include pressure, bribery attempts, extortion, or other inappropriate interference with decision-making and work execution.
Your Safety Matters
KTH takes undue influence seriously and actively works to protect its employees. If you feel unsafe or targeted, do not hesitate to seek support – you are not alone, and help is available.
