Gender equality, diversity and equal treatment (JML)
The school’s JML group consist of several representatives from different parts of EECS, with the Head of school as the group chairperson. The JML group’s task is to review how EECS should continue to work with gender equality, diversity and equal treatment and conditions.
The planned tasks for the JML group are to:
- Monitor developments in the area, especially with regard to the active measures, in the JML area, that are decided by KTH’s president.
- Propose to the school’s business plan measures, activities and follow-up within the JML area that will be implemented in the coming years.
- Follow up the JML work decided in the business pan and report quarterly to the Head of school.
- Continuously engage in dialogue with Head of department’s to support their work with JML issues.
