A big congratulation to Dominik Baumann and his co-authors who just have received the Best Paper Award at the ACM/IEEE International Conference on Cyber-Physical Systems (ICCPS) 2019.

Dominik Baumann and his co-authors have just received the Best Paper Award at the ACM/IEEE International Conference on Cyber-Physical Systems ( ICCPS ) 2019.

Dominik Baumans' thesis project is within a collaboration between Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems  and KTH EECS.

The research presented in this paper addresses the problem of closing feedback loops over multi-hop wireless networks with stability guarantees. Enabling this is key to emerging applications, such as motion control in teams of robots or autonomous driving. In the future, teams of robots could then for instance be used for disaster response, while autonomous driving is envisioned to increase traffic throughput and reduce fuel consumption.
