Course Evaluation - No LTI access even after logging in via Survey&Report
Some users are unable to access Course Evaluation via Canvas even after logging in via the Survey&Report admin portal.
Some users continue to receive the same error message even after successfully logging in via the Survey&Report admin portal. This is **not supposed to happen**, and users affected by this issue should report it.

Status: We are investigating the cause with the provider to resolve this as soon as possible.
Who is affected: A subset of users who have already logged in via the admin portal but still cannot access Course Evaluation (S&R LTI) via Canvas.
