Problem with users in Canvas

We are having trouble updating users in Canvas.
System/Service: Canvas
Interruption: No access to Canvas.
Status: Troubleshooting in progress. No prognosis when it will be resolved.
Who is affected: Students and employees
How the interruption affects you:
Students: No new student accounts are being created in Canvas. This means that any new students enrolling in summer courses are unable to log in to Canvas.
Students who are already studying at KTH are also affected, as they do not get access to the course rooms for any summer courses.
Employees: New employees do not get access to internal courses in Canvas. This applies, for example, to the internal courses Canvas@KTH, Digital@KTH, and GDPR@KTH.
