Problems with employee connections between UG and Personal menu

System/Service: Course offerings in the personal menu

Interruption: There is currently a problem with teacher, examiner and course coordinator attributes in UG. Some users in UG are having problems with employee connections in Ladok. This means, among other things, that those users do not appear to be teachers on these course groups in UG, and do not see their course offerings (sessions) in the personal menu.

Status: Troubleshooting is ongoing, we currently have no estimate of when it will be fixed.

Who is affected: Teachers, course coordinators and examiners.

How the outage affects you: Teachers, course coordinators and examiners do not see their course offerings in the personal menu.
