Problems with some users in Canvas

Who is affected: It affects some employees and some students.

How the outage affects you:

Students: Some new students do not have an account in Canvas. This means that some new students at the summer courses cannot log in to Canvas.

Employees: Some new employees do not have an account in Canvas, and therefore cannot log in to Canvas.
