Interruption: Microsoft update with a bug

Status:
An update to resolve this is available in Software center in the KTH Windows platform. Install that update and restart your Office applivations to resolve the problem.

If you have a self-administered computer, you should install update KB5002623 from Microsoft to resolve this.

Note! If you are not experiencing issues as below, do not install this update.

Who is affected: Those running Outlook 2016, e.g. in the KTH Windows platform or on their self-administered computer.

How the interruption affects you: For example:
* Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. applications are shut down immediately when they are started.
* Outlook is shut down when you open the calendar.

Workaround:
Read under Status above for solution for Office 2016.
Short term use below workarounds.
* Use e.g. webmail if it is Outlook you are having problems with.
or
* Install Microsoft 365 Apps from Software center if you have a KTH Windows computer.
