Gender aspects in Research Collaboration
The Swedish Government has assigned to all universities to “prepare a plan for how the university intends to develop the work on gender mainstreaming with the aim that the activities shall contribute to achieving the equality policy objectives”. At KTH, the governing document is called “An Equal KTH - Plan for Gender Mainstreaming of KTH (JIKTH).”

In addition, an increasing number of Research funding bodies require that applicants address the gender aspects in application, execution and communication of their projects.
In this seminar, we will take a practical approach to gender mainstreaming in relation to JIKTH and research funders’ requirements.
