How to order services from OTW

1. Brief

Guidelines for Ordering from OTW

Schedule: Keep to the agreed times so OTW can deliver on time.
Communication: Be clear in your communication and respond to emails without reminders.
Changes: Proactively inform about any changes in conditions or timelines

Fill in a brief (found below). There is a brief for content production and a brief for film production. The brief serves as an assignment description and is the basis for the quote you will receive. Describe the assignment, or your needs, in as much detail as possible.
Send the brief to kth@otw.se  with a copy to produktion@kth.se.

2. De-brief

OTW responds with a written de-brief, an interpretation of the assignment with possible questions.

If the assignment is complex and difficult to define directly, OTW makes a quote with a time estimate of how much time is required to develop the description of the assignment. This time/cost must then be approved by KTH before any work begins.

3. Quotation

When there is an agreement on the assignment, OTW gives a quote. The quote must be specified so that it is clear what is to be delivered and what it costs. Competences, hours, hourly rate and a schedule must be specified. The offer is accepted by KTH through before the work begins.

4. Work in progress

The assignment is started and runs according to schedule. During the project it is the responsibility of OTW to send written contact reports to the customer on agreements that take place during the project.

Brief template

The brief templates function as an order form. There is a general template and one for film production. Please fill in the form as clearly as possible with relevant information so that OTW easily can grasp the assingment. When the brief is completed, rename it to the project name and email it to kth@otw.se with a copy to produktion@kth.se
