Training in the Administrative Procedure Act
The University Management Office offers a course in the Administrative Procedure Act, open for all employees and especially for staff conducting as public authority.

Content of the course
The course covers relevant legal principles and provides an overview of the rules that apply to the exercise of public authority and helps you better understand your responsibilities as a government employee. A deep dive is made into the areas that are most relevant to you as an employee at KTH:
- The purpose and scope of the Public Administration Act
- Legal certainty
- General requirements when carrying out activities
- Handling of cases
- Disqualification
- Decisions of the authority
- Modification of decisions by the authority
- Appeals
