Career inventory

A joint career support program for employees at KTH, aimed at exploring possible career paths.

What Career inventory means

The program lasts for three months, and its purpose is to raise awareness of career opportunities and what the concept of career means to the participant, create ownership of their own development, as well as support individual growth and reduce the risk of career stagnation.

Learning Objectives

Provide participants with a platform to make well-informed decisions.

Structure and Scope

The program consists of 4 individual coaching sessions with homework assignments and reflection exercises in between. These are individual in-person or digital meetings between an external ICF-certified career coach and the program participant employed at KTH.

Eligibility to Apply

To be eligible for the program, you must be employed at KTH with at least 50% work engagement for at least 3 years. An exception is made for postdoctoral employees in their second year at KTH, who are also eligible to apply for the program.
