Applications

In the Forms Archive , you will find, among other things, a checklist for fire safety self-inspections and an application form for events.

All events at KTH (i.e., when the number of participants exceeds 50 people, and always when alcohol is being served) must be reported to festanmalan@kth.se. The form can be found in the Forms Archive and must be submitted no later than four full working days before the start of the event.

Please note that public holidays, bridge days, and half-days are not counted as working days. If you are unsure which days are considered public holidays, you can find that information here .
