Delegation, signing procurement document
The routine at CBH includes all signature of documents for procurement and direct procurement (purchase outside framework agreement).
Procurement
Signing according to the CBH school's rules for Financial attest.
Procurement above the direct procurement limit:
- Agreement between the school and the procurement group KTH – Head of School
- Contract documents (FFU) – Buyer
- Award decisions – Head of Department
- Agreement (quotes) – As per list above
The exception to this routine is a direct procurement that is made for special reasons - Signature Head of School
