How the interruption affects you: The problem may occur occasionally. Tickets are not visible in your support group even though new tickets should be visible. KTH receives all incoming e-mail but the tickets are not visible to your support group. We at IT have to re-read the permissions when we see that this has occurred. This means that no tickets are visible when this re-read process takes place.
