Booking screens - a new IT service

IT is launching a new service for booking meeting rooms via booking screens.
A booking screen can be mounted on the wall outside the meeting room. The screen shows information that comes from the calendar function in KTH's central e-mail system.
It is also possible to make new bookings for the meeting room directly on screen. If you make a booking on the screen, it will be synchronized and displayed in the calendar in KTH's central email system for that room.
