KTH Play

KTH Play, also known as Kaltura, is KTH's service for sharing video and audio files. Created files can be imported into Canvas for use in teaching, among other things.

Slack

Slack is primarily used for text communication within KTH (with some possibilities for external collaborations) but also has some video meeting capabilities.

Group web

The Group web service will close late 2026.

Microsoft 365

With Microsoft 356, you can share and work on the same document.

Microsoft Planner

Microsoft Planner is a simple planning tool for users and groups at KTH.

KTH OneDrive

KTH OneDrive is a cloud storage service for, among other things, sharing files and documents.
