Error report MEX/ Mobile subscription
Before an error report is sent to Teleservice you as a user should first test below if you have a mobile subscription connected to KTH
Before sending error report
Restart the phone
Try the SIM card in another telephone to exclude phone errors.
You cannot change manually in your mobile phone to “hidden number” since then the mobile extension cant call out.
If “hidden number” is requested then contact Teleservice.
If it still doesn’t work or if you have broken conversations then you make an error report by filling in your information in the document below.
