Error report MEX/ Mobile subscription

Before an error report is sent to Teleservice you as a user should first test below if you have a connection via KTH.

  1. Restart the phone
  2. Try the SIM card in another telephone to exclude phone errors.
    . Problem with coverage you can change manually to 2G to see if there is a difference.
    . You cannot change manually in your mobile phone to “hidden number” since then the mobile extension will not work at all. If “hidden number” is requested then contact Teleservice.

If it still doesn’t work or if you have broken conversations then you make an error report to by filling in your information in the document below.
