The IT Department is responsible for supporting people connected to KTH's research, education, studies and operational support with effective IT services. The IT Department provides, develops and manages the IT services and works with security and sustainable information management.

Organisation
The IT Department is organised into four sections, each with a section manager: User support, Archives and registry, Operations and Infrastructure and System management and Development.
Within the department there is also a staff unit comprising staff responsible for functional support and strategic IT planning.
