To minimize disruptions for students and employees at KTH, the IT department every Thursday have a Service window when the IT department during a couple of hours do updates and improvement of functionality on several systems and services, .

How you should use and take care of your IT equipment

KTH encourages sustainable usage of IT equipment and therefore have general recommendations on how you should use and take care of your computer, screen and telephone in order to extend the life of the specific IT equipment, draw less power and thereby contribute to a more sustainable use, Sustainable use of IT equipment .
