KU Leuven International Staff Week 2023

The following information is given by KU Leuven.

During the 5 day programme, we will explore different aspects of 'creating and achieving an inclusive campus'. Included are seminars and workshops which touch on different aspects of the central theme. Additional social and cultural activities leave plenty of time to mix and mingle with fellow colleagues from various countries.

Get to know Arts & FEB KU Leuven and Belgium through first hand experience of its sights, sounds and its love of fine food and drink. Swap best practices on internationalisation with fellow colleagues!

Cost

Registration fee is € 75. This includes transport to the campuses, welcome dinner on the first night, all lunches, city tours and the cultural activities. European participants can apply for the Erasmus+ Staff Training Grant at their own institution's International Office for other costs such as accommodation, transport, etc.

Sightseeing

The International Week includes daytrips to our campuses in Antwerp and Brussels. Explore the baroque beauty of Rubens' hometown of Antwerp and be swept away by the overwhelming grandeur of Brussels' Grand Place, voted most beautiful square in Europe. We will spend most of our time in Leuven, a small Medieval gem, bustling with students, bars, shops, restaurants and bikes.
