Crisis support: employees, other staff and students
The Head of School / equivalent is responsible for crisis support to employees, other staff and students. In most cases, this crisis support is handled within the line organization, and it is therefore important that the Head of School / equivalent prepares managers and other functions (for example, HR manager and safety representative) for the potential task.
In order to provide the best crisis support, it is important to have god knowledge of KTH's instructions and checklists. You will find checklists in the menu, but also through links further down this page.
