Summary of the All employee meeting (AEM)
16 June
Did you miss AEM on 16 June? No problems, here comes the summary and presentation. Among other things, Head of School Sonja Berlijn, informed about what a main safety representative does, the school's new Directors of Third Cycle Education and the plan for a joint professional support.
The spring semester's last All employee meeting was broadcast from the new hybrid meeting room Amiga in Kista, with colleagues on-site and via Zoom. From 8:00, there was coffee and breakfast for those who were hungry.

To lead people with mental illness
Sonja talked about a training initiative for managers about leading people with mental illness. The training includes lectures, workshops and practical training.
Stress lecture
During autumn, employees will be offered lectures on stress – more information to follow.

Follow-up RAE
Sonja informed us about the next steps for RAE follow-up (Research Assessment Exercise). Read more about this in the presentation.
The merger of two divisions
Sonja talked about the merger of The Division of Electromagnetic Engineering and The Division of Fusion Plasma Physics. The new Head of Division will be Martin Norgren, and Per Brunsell will be the Deputy Head of Division.
New finance manager
Sonja informed about the new manager of the finance unit.
New Directors of Third Cycle Education
The Director of Third Cycle Education (FA) position will be divided among three people, with Lars Jonsson as FA and Sarunas Girdzijauskas and György Dan as deputy FA.

The professional support's opening hours this summer
During the summer, staff are available on-site, but to a limited extent. The opening hours in Service center vary, and the response times may be slightly longer.

The Inspiration days in Kista
Sonja spoke about the Inspiration days in Kista where three schools from the local area visited our campus. They were treated to inspiring lectures from alumni and the chapter and got to see Mentorspace.

Next AEM 25 August
The next All employee meeting is on 25 August in the hybrid meeting room Gustaf Dahlander at Teknrikringen 31, where Sonja will broadcast live with the opportunity to have coffee together between 8:00-8:45. You choose between participating on-site or digitally.
