Add shared mailbox in Outlook on Mac

Add a shared e-mail box to Outlook for macOS

1. Outlook needs to be set to run "Legacy Outlook" to work with KTH's email.
2. Open Outlook and click Outlook in the top menu, go to Preferences

   

3. Click Accounts

   

4. Click on the "+" sign and choose New account

   

5. Enter shard mailbox address and click on Continue

   

6. Fill in the following fields:

   Domain\username: UG\your username
   Password: Your password
   Server: webmail.kth.se

   Click on Add Account.

   

7. Click on Done

   

8. Allow the autodiscover service to point you to the correct e-mail server by selecting Always use my answer for this server and clicking Allow.
