New guidelines on meetings and travel focus on the environment

KTH has adjusted the guidelines for meetings and business travel with a strong emphasis on the environment and costs.
Some important news:
- Travel-free meetings must always be taken into account.
- For journeys under 500 km, trains must always be chosen.
- Local journeys must primarily be made by public transport.
- Taxis and rental cars must be used sparingly.
- Meeting times must be planned taking into account participants who travel by train or public transport.
- Travel must also take place at the lowest possible total cost.
- Procured suppliers must be used for booking trips.
