Human Resources (HR) is responsible for strategic and operational coordination of employer strategies, change management/organization development/negotiations and exercise of official authority. We offer consultations, advice and support, to organize and carry out competence development, and to make assessments within Human Resources.

Organisation
The HR department is organized into nine groups, each with a group manager: Labor law and work environment, Career and professional development, Equality Office and Relocation, Salary, Travel Management and HR system, Recruitment, HR ABE, HR CBH, HR EECS, HR ITM and HR SCI. Five of the department's groups work with targeted support towards the operations within one of KTH's five schools.
