Recruitment at KTH
KTH's staff is our greatest asset and the starting point to achieve the goal of being an internationally successful technical university. It is therefore important that recruitment is done strategically, structured in accordance with KTH's routines and templates.

All recruitment cases are handled via KTH's recruitment system Varbi, except scholarships.

If you are recruiting from abroad,
the applicant should be offered a first contact with KTH Relocation early in the recruitment process, for support and guidance on matters related to establishment in a new country. KTH Relocation also assists recruiting staff.
