A framework agreement for recruitment support relating to senior positions has been concluded with Poolia.
The agreement is valid from 1 May 2023 to 30 April 2025, with the option of two extensions of one year each. The agreement has been extended and is valid until 30 April 2027. For questions regarding the agreement, please contact the contract manager

By senior positions, we refer to the recruitment of academic staff such as professors, senior lecturers, lecturers, researchers, as well as managers, IT managers/IT specialists, and specialists within highly competitive market segments. By specialists and key personnel within competitive market segments, the framework agreement refers to individuals who possess expertise that is critical to KTH at the time of recruitment and where competition for such expertise is high.
The recruitment support covers full recruitment processes, including recruitment administration if required, with or without executive search, as well as individual services such as second opinions, testing, reference checks, and background screening.
For recruitment support relating to administrative staff* and temporary agency staff, KTH uses the government framework agreement via Kammarkollegiet (Avropa.se).
In such cases, call-offs for recruitment services must also be made via the responsible HR representative. Please visit “Ramavtal-Avropa.se ” on Avropa.se under “Other Services” and the subheading “Staffing and Recruitment Services” for more information and for calling off staffing services.
*Administrative staff refers to employees who are not managers, do not have specialist expertise, and are not IT specialists within various parts of operational support. This may include employees working in legal, finance, IT, administration, communications, internal services, HR, and operations technicians.
The right to call off (via Wisum) is held by HR group managers and purchasing managers for your unit within VS. They can also provide further information about the services and products, as well as pricing for each service/product. Pricing information is confidential at the request of the suppliers. Call-offs are made via Wisum.
Before a call-off request is made, a decision granting recruitment approval must be in place.
